 I am in Oregon and take care of my friend who has had a stroke and is  now having to stay in bed. He notified me that he did not have water. I  found Mike online and called. Mike was extremely patient with the  circumstances given and he was able to identify the situation  immediately. It did take two trips for him which was not his fault at  all. He fixed the problem and my friend had water quickly from his well.  I will refer Mike to anyone that asks for help with their well. He was  also reasonable with his rates.  Woke up this morning with no water at our house. We called Cannon's at 7  am and Mike answered right away. He asked a few questions and asked us  to send a couple photos of our well set up. He arrived within a couple  of hours, diagnosed and repaired the issue within an hour. He also took  the time to explain how our well setup worked how to do some basic  testing for any future issues.  We have had Mike out to service our well twice since moving to Grass  Valley.  This man is highly recommended and will come out and get your  well back in service quickly.  He explains everything and asks before  replacing any part that needs to be replaced.  When your water stops  working you can not call a better company to fix your well.  As a  disabled veteran, Mike gave me a discount, and his bill was very fair, I  was impressed with his professional service. - Bill H.

 I searched in Facebook and Mike came highly recommended so I called him  on a Saturday and luckily, Mike had an opening. I called and he came by  within the hour. We had a water pressure issue. He checked out the pump,  valves, floats tanks water lines etc. and asked great questions that  helped figure out the issue. He could have said we needed this and that  and we would have never known but he was honest and made recommendations  regarding water use. He was very knowledgeable and helped us know how  to manage our water and well better. I would highly recommend his  service to anyone needing well service or repairs.  This is a standup business that does truly great work with integrity and  friendliness. Mike the owner had a new pump in the ground within one  day of diagnosis on a weekend no less! He was friendly from the start  and amid the heat and pulling up a 100 ft of galvanized steel with a 3hp  motor attached, was friendly throughout.
